Remember to spread the word that the time Dec 31 23:59:59 2005 will advance to Dec 31 23:59:60 2005 before the year rollover to Jan 01 00:00:00 2006 due to a leap-second. Luckily, the Linux ctime() function call allows for leap-seconds.
